In addition, Josh is active in the venture space and advises a number of companies ranging from health care to consumer products. Josh has also held the top tech jobs at Rent The Runway, SoulCycle and The Orchard, which was sold to Sony Music in 2015.
Vincent de Luise M.D.
PHYSICIAN/AUTHOR/BOARD CHAIR - HEALTH CARE
Vincent brings 30 years of experience in health care, as a physician and surgeon, medical director of an outpatient ambulatory surgery center, and board chair of an ophthalmic biotechnology company. He is on the clinical faculty at Yale University School of Medicine, and the Weill Cornell Medical College where he serves on the Music and Medicine advisory board. He is a graduate of Princeton University, the Weill Cornell Medical College, and did fellowships at UCSF and Harvard University.
Dr. Tasha Eurich

Dr. Tasha Eurich is an organizational psychologist, leadership consultant, researcher, and New York Times best-selling author. With a PhD in Industrial Psychology, Tasha focuses much of her time on helping companies—from start-ups to Fortune 100—succeed by improving the effectiveness of their leaders and teams. Tasha has also published two books focused on leadership—Bankable Leadership and Insight—and assists FSP in a variety of ways, including the development of our proprietary candidate-assessment toolkit.
Shaun Francis

Shaun Francis is the Chair and CEO of Medcan Health Management, Canada’s leading wellness company. Shaun is also an accomplished author on high-performance living, most recently publishing Eat Move Think, and is the Chair of both the True Patriot Love Foundation (the largest veterans’ organization in Canada) and the Invictus Games in Toronto.
Jay Galluzzo
ENTREPRENEUR & CONSUMER PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTOR
Jay Galluzzo is the Founder and CEO of Club Sports Group, an investing, operating and financing platform focused on fitness and the broader wellness community. Prior to CSG, Jay was a private equity investor, serving as the Co-Managing Partner at Caelum Partners and as a Managing Director at North Castle Partners, both of where he was actively involved in sourcing and managing various investments, with a focus on consumer experiential platforms. Prior to private equity investing, Jay was the co-founder and CEO of Flywheel Sports, which he led from its launch in 2010 through a successful exit in 2014. Earlier in his career, Jay was the General Counsel of The Warnaco Group, a NASDAQ-listed conglomerate apparel company. He is also a member and past Chairman of YPO Gotham.
John Klein

John Klein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Accelerator Advisors, where he consults in the strategic planning process for lifestyle consumer brands on new market and real estate strategic planning, and then identifies, secures and develops retail locations for accelerated growth across multiple markets. From his 16 years leading real estate expansion and growth strategy for Equinox and SoulCycle, Klein has mastered the art and science behind the site-selection and deal-making processes with a unique ability to combine anecdotal, empirical and emotional data to make highly profitable real estate decisions in markets across the U.S and Canada. He has also established relationships with commercial landlords, developers and real estate brokers in all major U.S. markets.
David Krantz
CAPITAL MARKETS - COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
David is a Senior Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at Savills Studley. He has spent the past 16 years in commercial real estate focused on a variety of disciplines, including banking, private equity, and commercial brokerage. David is a frequent guest lecturer at schools such as NYU and brings with him broad expertise and a wide range of contacts across the real-estate and construction sectors.
Paul Marcus

Paul currently leads West Coast Fitness, a private equity backed fitness Company that owns and operates Orangetheory Fitness studios across Southern California, Northern California and Melbourne, Australia. In addition, Paul consults with many young companies in the health and wellness sector and is passionate about growing brands and creating top-tier customer service experiences. Previously, Paul worked in mergers and acquisitions for various investment banking firms where he executed 30+ transactions primarily for businesses in the branded consumer sector.

Adam is the Founder and CEO of VirtualHealth, which has developed an innovative next-generation care management and population health platform for over 8 million patients by marrying care and technology in a single ecosystem. Prior to founding VirtualHealth, Adam had a highly successful career in real estate, where he developed and launched the first-ever Ritz-Carlton Residences.

Vickie is the Founder and CEO of Village Marketing, which is a leading, all-female influencer and brand relationship agency. In addition, Vickie has overseen brand marketing for companies such as Equinox, as well as held senior roles at agencies such as Wieden & Kennedy and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Vickie provides FSP with powerful brand and partnership expertise, as well as a deep network within the start-up and VC community.
