She most recently served as a Global Executive Search Consultant for LVMH, where she led senior-level searches across multiple functions worldwide.
Prior to this role, Trish held positions with leading search firms including True Search and Janou Pakter, building a strong reputation for partnering closely with stakeholders and delivering thoughtful, high-impact hires. A sector specialist in fashion, retail, and consumer businesses, she operates as a versatile generalist able to support searches across creative, commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
Outside of work, Trish brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life. She enjoys cooking memorable dinners for her friends and family, running, and spending time with her husband, two children, and rescue dog.
