Jamie is a seasoned executive recruiter with deep experience across high-growth consumer businesses, with a focus on multi-unit, corporate-owned, and franchised models. She places leaders who help companies scale, build infrastructure, and support geographic growth. Her work spans corporate, field, franchisee, and franchisor organizations, with expertise across operations, human resources, development, franchise sales, and corporate leadership.
Earlier in her career, Jamie spent 13 years leading in-house recruiting for high-growth consumer brands across retail, fitness, and technology. Most recently, she led Marketing & Communications recruiting at WeWork, helping scale the recruiting function during a period of rapid growth and change. Prior to WeWork, Jamie was the first recruiter at Flywheel Sports, where she helped build the company’s talent infrastructure during a period of accelerated expansion, including corporate, studio, and executive leadership hiring. She began her talent acquisition career in retail, supporting corporate recruiting at Coach and Michael Kors.
Jamie earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, after making her way to the Midwest from Boston. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring New York City’s restaurant scene.
