Ralph Belfiore is the Head of Finance & Accounting at Flatiron Search Partners. A CPA and hands-on finance leader, Ralph brings an experienced approach to building the firm’s finance function by owning core accounting operations while helping leadership scale with clear reporting, strong cash visibility, and disciplined execution.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Ralph served in financial leadership at Polyarc, Inc., where he operated as the de facto head of finance in a high-growth environment, architecting reporting frameworks, developing purpose-forward processes, and bridging teams from “financial information” to “financial insight.” Earlier in his career, he held finance and accounting roles at Take-Two Interactive and began at PwC, building a strong foundation in technical GAAP, internal controls, and financial discipline.
Ralph earned both his M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and currently resides in Charleston, SC with his wife Karina. When not focusing on work, he can often be found expressing his creative side through the culinary arts and music (as a drummer).
