Caroline Powers is a Senior Associate at Flatiron Search Partners, working to identify top talent and engage candidates with career-changing opportunities. She is particularly focused on DE&I, adding high-impact, diverse talent to executive teams.
She began her career at Heidrick & Struggles in the Healthcare & Life Sciences division and most recently executed beauty, fashion, and retail searches at Kirk Palmer Associates.
Originally from the midwest, Caroline earned her degree in Government with minors in Journalism and Public Health from Georgetown University. She has completed two marathons, coached many group fitness classes and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends
