Jonathan Scotto is the Head of Business Operations & Strategy at Flatiron Search Partners, where he leads the firm’s strategic planning, operational infrastructure, and growth initiatives. As one of the firm’s first dedicated corporate leaders, he is responsible for building the systems, processes, and analytical rigor that enable Flatiron to scale with discipline and continue delivering exceptional outcomes for its clients.
Jonathan brings a strategic and commercially grounded approach to scaling high-growth, performance-driven organizations. He partners closely with leadership to translate long-term vision into executable operating plans, financial frameworks, and measurable performance structures. His work spans enterprise strategy, operational optimization, cross-functional execution, and the development of scalable infrastructure to support the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Flatiron Search Partners, Jonathan held various strategy roles at Saks OFF 5TH, partnering with the leadership team to drive key initiatives and strengthen alignment between vision and execution within a highly cross-functional organization. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising consumer businesses on growth and operational transformation, where he developed deep expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and building disciplined, scalable operating infrastructure.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Jonathan is a marathoner and [solidcore] instructor in New York City. He brings the same discipline and performance mindset from running and coaching into his approach to leadership and teaming.
