Mitchell May is a Senior Associate, Finance Operations at Flatiron Search Partners, where he oversees client invoicing, collections, and search agreements. He helps ensure contracts, billing, and cash flow are managed efficiently, allowing partners to remain focused on serving their clients.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Mitchell spent five years at Harmony Technology Services, a technology solutions provider serving government and commercial clients. Most recently serving as Director of Finance, he oversaw a broad range of financial and operational functions, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, contract compliance, and cash flow forecasting.
Mitchell holds an MBA from Tarleton State University and a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Texas Christian University. He resides in Granbury, Texas, with his wife, Lilley. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and following sports, particularly cheering on his alma mater, TCU.
