Cassie Dunne is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners. She works closely with founders, investors, and executive teams to identify leaders who build, scale, and transform organizations.
Before joining FSP, Cassie spent five years at Daversa, working across both the Enterprise and Consumer practices, giving her a unique perspective on the distinct operating models, growth strategies, and market dynamics that shape each sector, and the ways they're increasingly influencing one another. She also spent time at Quantum, helping to build the Enterprise GTM practice. Throughout her career, she has partnered with high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed companies, specializing in go-to-market, President, and CEO searches. A former professional women's ice hockey player, Cassie brings the same competitive spirit, discipline, and team-first mindset to every search and every client partnership.
Cassie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State University. Originally from the Philadelphia area, she now lives in New York with her wife and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, coaching ice hockey, working on design projects, and discovering new brands.
