Hannah is a Senior Associate at Flatiron Search Partners. Most recently, she co-led GTM talent at Craft Ventures, a venture capital firm with nearly $4 billion AUM, and a portfolio of 200+ early and growth stage technology companies. Hannah partnered directly with Founders and executives to develop scalable recruiting strategies and strengthen internal hiring processes, as well as led full-cycle leadership searches.
Prior to that, Hannah was a research analyst at SPMB, an SFBA retained executive search firm focused on both public and private sectors. She was one of the first hires of the NYC office and helped spearhead the private equity practice.
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Media Studies and French from the University of Virginia. Growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and traveling to Vermont in the winters to ski, she has always had a love and attachment to the outdoors. Hannah moved to Crested Butte, Colorado in 2019, and never looked back. Today, she spends her spare time mountain biking, trail running, skiing pow, and enjoying a hot cup of coffee, or crisp beer on the porch.
