Skyler is an Engagement Coordinator at Flatiron Search Partners, where she supports the team in creating a seamless experience for clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Drawing on her background in education and the performing arts, she brings strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to her role.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Skyler worked as an educator, dance instructor, and performer, developing a people-centered approach rooted in creativity, collaboration, and meaningful connection. Her experience across education and the arts has shaped her ability to engage with diverse audiences, manage competing priorities, and foster positive experiences.
Skyler holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. Outside of work, she enjoys staying connected to the performing arts and finding opportunities to bring people together through creativity and community.
