Andrea is a Search Consultant at Flatiron Search Partners. Most recently, Andrea was progressively promoted to become the Director of Sales and Operations for Empire Portfolio Group, a Revelstoke Capital-backed multi-brand franchise platform (with over 120 Orangetheory Fitness studios across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and a nascent second-brand, Relive Health, a Consumer Healthcare & Anti-Aging concept).
Andrea was a significant leader within the platform, overseeing territories spanning NY, CT, ME, NH, and VT. She successfully orchestrated transformative growth, ensured operational excellence, and built teams that consistently surpassed aggressive growth targets. She thrived in designing and implementing processes to scale over 60+ owned studios, and in leading much of the L&D for the business.
Prior to entering the fitness industry, Andrea had a career as an actress performing on Broadway tours across the US and internationally. Andrea uniquely combines arts, business acumen, networking, and a talent for understanding individuals – grasping nuances, communication, motivation, team dynamics, and building strategies.
