Mason Rivera

Mason Rivera is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners. Prior to joining FSP, he specialized in leadership recruiting for high-growth technology companies, with a recent focus on Engineering, Product, and Design.

Mason previously worked at Craft Ventures, a SaaS focused venture capital firm, where he served as a Senior Associate on the Talent team. In this role, he partnered closely with founders and executive teams across the portfolio (Seed-Series D companies) to lead critical leadership searches. Prior to Craft, Mason spent 4.5 years at Daversa Partners, where he executed searches for top VC and PE-backed companies across sectors including MarTech, HealthTech, FinTech, FrontierTech, FoodTech, and AdTech (among others).

Originally from Connecticut, Mason attended the University of New Haven, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Sales. Now based in Charleston, South Carolina, Mason enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach with his dog and fiancée. He’s passionate about building strong, lasting relationships and helping high-impact companies scale.
