Mason Rivera

Mason Rivera is a Director at Flatiron Search Partners, where he partners with founders and executive teams at VC- and PE-backed businesses on senior leadership hires across consumer-tech, brick-and-mortar, and omnichannel commerce. A generalist by practice, he runs searches spanning engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market, from functional heads through the C-suite.

Mason previously worked at Craft Ventures, a B2B SaaS-focused venture capital firm, where he served as a Senior Associate on the Talent team, running senior leadership hiring across the portfolio (Seed–Series D companies), with a focus on product, engineering, and design. Prior to Craft, Mason spent more than four years at Daversa Partners, recruiting VP- and C-level executives across MarTech, HealthTech, FinTech, and AdTech, among others.

Originally from Connecticut, Mason attended the University of New Haven, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Sales. Now based in Charleston, South Carolina, Mason enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach with his dog and fiancée. He's passionate about building strong, lasting relationships and helping high-impact companies scale.
