Jasmine Moir Firchau partners with investors, portfolio companies, and founders to lead executive searches across consumer categories. She works primarily with middle market companies to identify critical leaders in the C-Suite, placing CEOs, COOs, CMOs, and Marketing talent at all levels.
Jasmine spent the first half of her career in marketing and communications, holding VP-level roles at DailyCandy, Equinox, and fashion brand Frank & Eileen as well as at award-winning PR agency LaunchSquad. She brings a sharp understanding of the modern consumer landscape and a deep industry network. Her expertise spans beauty/CPG, services, retail, consumerized healthcare, and e-commerce.
Jasmine has a B.A. from UC Berkeley and an M.A. from the University of Washington. After living in New York, San Francisco, and Seattle, she returned to her hometown, Boulder, CO, with her husband, two kids, and rescue pup.
