Miguel Luna is an Engagement Coordinator at Flatiron Search Partners, where he supports the team in creating a seamless experience for clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Miguel spent a year at Coinbase on the executive recruiting team, conducting market research and supporting executive searches across the organization. Before Coinbase, he spent three years at SPMB Executive Search, where he helped place executives across a variety of functions at private equity-backed software and technology-enabled services companies.
Miguel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he was also born and raised. Now based in Austin, you can usually find him training for his next marathon, searching for the city’s best coffee shop, or getting a little too competitive in a group fitness class.
