Maggie McCole is a Senior Associate at Flatiron Search Partners. She brings 10 years of talent acquisition experience across the luxury fitness, consumer packaged goods, and wireless retail industries for brands such as Equinox and The Nature’s Bounty. In previous roles, Maggie has proved successful at implementing innovative recruiting initiatives, optimizing hiring standards, and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
Maggie has a BA in Management from Hofstra University while participating as a Division I athlete on the Women's Cross Country team. In her free time, Maggie is doing her best to keep up with her 4 and 2 year old children or attending a high intensity interval class at the gym!
