Ashtin is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners, where she brings almost a decade of experience in executive search and talent acquisition. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to established Fortune 500 companies to identify and place senior leaders across multiple industries, including banking and finance, CPG, life sciences, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
Before joining Flatiron Search Partners, she spent five years in executive search, recruiting for Director through C-suite roles across a wide range of sectors. Earlier in her career, Ashtin held in-house recruiting roles at a national IT staffing firm, where she supported hiring across finance, IT, business development, and sales roles. A true generalist by nature, Ashtin thrives on tackling complex talent challenges and connecting organizations with transformative leadership.
Ashtin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Evangel University. A proud Hoosier, she resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband and two sons, Calvin and Grant. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, cheering on the Colts and Pacers, and keeping up with all things pop culture.
