Suzannah Brown is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners, where she partners with clients across consumer, retail, and lifestyle sectors to support leadership hiring.
Suzannah brings nearly a decade of experience across executive search and private equity-backed environments. Prior to joining Flatiron, she executed senior-level searches for growth-oriented consumer brands at Kirk Palmer Associates. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the Global Retail, Apparel, and Luxury Goods Practice at Spencer Stuart, and before that, she led client relationships within the enterprise private equity division at Gerson Lehrman Group.
Deeply curious about people and how businesses scale, Suzannah is especially drawn to the intersection of talent, culture, and organizational design. She is known for her structured approach, thoughtful communication style, and ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
Originally from Texas, Suzannah now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, Eric, and their King Charles Cavalier. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, time at the beach, discovering new brands and design inspiration, and spending time with family and friends.
