Daisy de Lasa is the Executive Coordinator at Flatiron Search Partners. In her role, Daisy supports the team in creating a seamless experience for clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. She plays a key part in managing scheduling needs across the firm, coordinating candidate and client interviews, and providing calendar and project support to the Managing Partners and Co-Founders.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Daisy spent a year teaching English in Madrid, where she developed a deep appreciation for cross-cultural communication and adaptability. Most recently, she worked on the marketing team at Happier Grocery, contributing to social media strategy and project management initiatives.
Daisy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a minor in Spanish, from Villanova University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her dog, Ziggy, traveling, and painting.
