Frances specializes in CFO, VP Finance, FP&A, Controller, and broader finance organization searches for private equity-backed and growth-oriented businesses. She focuses on finance leaders who can bring rigor to scaling organizations, strengthen reporting and controls, support strategic decision-making, and partner effectively with CEOs, boards, and investors through periods of growth and transformation.
Before joining Flatiron Search Partners, Frances was an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, where she spent five years focusing on executive searches in the global technology and services practice. Her work spanned technology, software, tech-enabled services and professional services across PE-backed, privately held, and public company environments.
This experience gives her a unique perspective on building finance organizations, allowing her to assess leaders not only against the demands of the role today but also against the capabilities required to support the company's next stage of growth. Frances earned her Bachelors of Science in Learning and Organizational Change with a minor in Legal Studies from Northwestern University. She is based in Chicago and enjoys sailing, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
