Frances Hartnett is a Senior Associate at Flatiron Search Partners. Most recently, she was an Associate at Heidrick and Struggles, a retained executive search firm, where she focused on a mix of searches across the global technology and services practice. Predominantly, this included CFO placements and their direct reports in a mix of tech and services companies, the majority of which were private equity-backed.
Frances earned her Bachelors of Science in Learning and Organizational Change with a minor in Legal Studies from Northwestern University. She is based in Chicago and enjoys sailing, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
