Parnia is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners focused on executive search for high-growth companies.
She has placed GTM and leadership talent across some of the most disruptive companies in the startup space. Parnia brings a cross-functional lens, with experience leading searches across a range of core leadership roles that support growth, scale, and organizational development.
Her work spans consumer and enterprise sectors, with a focus on apparel, beauty, lifestyle, and wellness, alongside broader experience across fintech, healthtech, and other technology verticals.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Parnia was a Director at Three Pillars Recruiting, where she supported venture-backed companies on key leadership hires across GTM and adjacent functions tied to scaling and building the business. Earlier in her career, she was an Account Manager at RevelOne, partnering with growth-stage companies on talent initiatives across marketing and sales, as well as a range of foundational roles across early-stage and growth-stage organizations.
Parnia earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Based in Dallas, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
