Kristy Fiesel is a Director at Flatiron Search Partners. She has spent the past decade advising executives and sponsors, building leadership teams and shaping talent strategies across private equity and corporate organizations.
Prior to joining Flatiron, Kristy was part of the Portfolio Talent team at L Catterton, a global, consumer-focused private equity firm, where she partnered with investment teams and portfolio companies to support value creation initiatives through executive search, organizational design, and board effectiveness. She previously served on the Executive Recruiting team at Google, supporting senior technical hires across its consumer portfolio, and began her career at Heidrick & Struggles, leading board and C-suite searches across the consumer and financial services sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
Kristy lives on Long Island with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, tackling home improvement projects, and practicing her next karaoke ballad.
