Jamie Haber is an Executive Director at Flatiron Search Partners. Jamie is a seasoned recruiting professional who has spent the past 13 years in-house, hiring top talent for high-growth consumer brands, spanning a variety of industries including retail, fitness, and tech.
Most recently, Jamie was leading Marketing & Communications recruitment at WeWork, with a focus on helping build and scale an internal recruitment process and organization undergoing tremendous and rapid change. Prior to joining WeWork, Jamie was hired as the first recruiter at Flywheel Sports, a boutique fitness brand based in NYC, where she helped build and lead the talent function during a period of accelerated growth. Jamie supported both Corporate and Studio hiring, recruiting talent across all departments and levels, including a majority of the Executive team. Jamie began her talent acquisition career in retail, recruiting for a variety of corporate functions at both Coach and Michael Kors.
Jamie earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison, having trekked to the Midwest from Boston (and is of course an avid Boston sports fan)! In her free time, Jamie enjoys traveling, spending time with family (she is a proud aunt of 6!) and friends, and most importantly staying active so she can take advantage of all the incredible restaurants that NYC has to offer!
