Becca Ravenna is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners. Becca brings with her more than 10 years of extensive experience across the boutique health, wellness and fitness landscape. She specializes in building and cultivating client relationships, and transforming a transaction into an authentic partnership that yields long-lasting value.
Most recently, Becca launched and led the Corporate Sales and Partnerships division at Barry’s Bootcamp. As Director, she was responsible for developing, maintaining and scaling relationships nationally with leading Fortune 500 finance, consulting, technology and media organizations. In this capacity, she significantly enhanced revenue while expanding the portfolio of clients. Prior to her time at Barry’s, she contributed to the Sales and Marketing efforts at SoulCycle. Becca started her career at Omnicom Group in the Business Development and Innovation vertical.
Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. Based in New York City, she enjoys staying active through a variety of workout classes, playing golf, and rooting for her favorite sports teams.
